Terms of Offer

1. Application Form: This application form costs ₦20,000 non-refundable per unit applied for.
2. Payment Terms

• You must pay a minimum of 20% of the list price to reserve an allocation.
• The allocation shall be made ONLY when 20% of the list price is made. Then the owner can commence construction when a minimum deposit of 50% is made. 
• The 80% balance of the list price is payable in instalments over 12 months from the date of allocation (INTEREST-FREE)
• All prices are exclusive of infrastructure provisions, setting out/excavation, and VAT.
• Maximum of 20% discount for payment within 3-month of 20% pre-allocation deposit
• A minimum of 50% deposit of the list prices is required before construction commencement is permitted.
• Compliance officers shall ensure adherence to these terms.

    3. Technical supervision and setting-out/excavation of the foundation for all buildings are the sole responsibility of the developer, at a cost to the owner as follows and this money is subject to change.

Conditions

• Duly completed online application forms can only be submitted when you upload the evidence of payment of ₦20,000 application form fees.
• The submission and acceptance of the application form shall not be construed as a guarantee for the allocation of the house applied for/any alternative house. Still, the commitment to investment is an essential condition for allocation.
• Successful applicants shall be contacted through the contact addresses supplied on the application form.
• The developers will not enter into any correspondence on any unsuccessful application and will not be under any obligation to disclose the reason(s) for the rejection of an application.
• Allottees shall be responsible for paying all charges associated with the documentation of the transfer of the title and possession of the house, such as charges for services, Value Added Tax (VAT), Insurance, and the Title Transfer.
• Allottees shall be bound by the terms and conditions for the sales of housing units as stated in the final deed of transfer.

Note: All payments online must be made in favour of Integax Resourcery Ltd using our website at www.integax.com alone and attach the clear screenshot or receipt of the payment as evidence of the form. 

• The Project Managers reserve the right to reject an application or withdraw any allocation which does not meet the conditions stipulated above or contains materials misrepresentation of facts calculated to mislead the company.
• The liability of the Projects Managers concerning any allocation withdrawn shall be limited to the refund of the deposit paid by the Allottee less 10% administration/marketing charges. To avoid doubts, the Project Managers shall not be liable for the payment of interest on the deposit paid, loss of earnings, or any other loss suffered by Allottee arising directly or remotely from the rejection of their application or withdrawal of allocation by the Project Manager.
