Integax Resourcery is seeking a Digital Marketing Expert to broaden the company’s tentacles online. The E-Marketing Specialist will be responsible for a large portion of our company’s online presence, handling all the company’s social media handles, Email marketing, and website organic traffic. As an E-Marketing Specialist, you will develop, strategize, implement, and monitor the company’s digital marketing strategies to ensure we meet up with the industry-standard online.

Responsibilities

• Build and analyze digital data and campaigns to effectively draw critical recommendations around the website and social media optimization using tools, technology, and resources.
• Analyze the performance of the company’s social media campaigns, and other Content Marketing strategies and adjust where necessary.
• Effectively communicate performance to the team members while providing actionable insights.
• Work with the marketing team members to plan promotional marketing campaigns.
• Assist in designing images for social media, ads, and email headers.
• Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns.
• Conduct social media analysis to ensure best practices and technology in the industry are being used
• Maintain and monitors the company’s several social media accounts
• Prepare emails and SMS to send out to customers.
• Create and maintain property listings on the company’s website
• Ensure that the online campaign messages are consistent and get to the target audience.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of Higher National Diploma Certificate (HND) in marketing, computer science, or any relevant field. 
• Minimum of 1-year experience in Digital Marketing
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience executing paid social media campaigns
• Complete knowledge and understanding of all major social media platforms
• Incredible organization and time management skills 
• Ability to work with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge of creating and editing eye-catching images using software such as Adobe, Corel Draw, and Canva
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time without supervision
• Incredible Problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of Content Management Systems

Added Advantage Skills

The following skills is an added advantage: 

• 1 – 2 years of experience in digital marketing
• Excellent Google Analytics knowledge to study and measure the company’s marketing performance. 
• Having created and posted an article on a blog before 
• Basic knowledge of HTML
• Having created and edited image or video with any known editing software 
• Creating, running, and analyzing successful paid social media campaigns
