Yes. Integax Resourcery was incorporated as a limited liability company under the Companies and Allied matters act in 2002 and commenced operation fully in September 2008. Integax has been registered with appropriate regulatory bodies to conduct Real Estate Development, Project Management, and Engineering Procurement across Nigeria.
What is Jubilation Homes
Jubilation Homes is a subsidiary of Integax Resourcery Ltd. We named most of our estate after Jubilation Homes. Such as “Jubilation Grace Garden Estate”, “Jubilation Comfort Golf Estate”, and many other estates that belong to our company across Abuja, the federal capital of Nigeria

Do you Accept Installment Payment?
Yes. With Integax Resourcery, you only pay 20% of the total price for the land and spread the remaining balance across 24 months. We are the first real estate company in Nigeria to launch a rent-to-own scheme. With Integax, buying your property is so easy and interest-free.
Is there any restriction on the type of building I can erect on the land in any of your estates?
Yes. You are expected to build according to the plan given to you. Most of our estate are residentials. Therefore, you can’t build any commercial project in such an area. We structured our estate well and have a design ready for each estate building even before we start selling. We give our clients the project plan while they build according to the plan.
Is there any issues buying land from your company?
Not all. All our land is free from any issues from the government or individuals. No adverse claimant on the land from the government and/or other persons. We ensure we get all the approval from the authority and pay all the dues before we start selling.
