Integax Resourcery is seeking Sales and Marketing officers to oversee the sales and marketing aspects of the company. The marketing officer will work hand in hand with the superior in formulating sales propositions, project briefs and FAQs, and project costing based on market feedback and information. The marketing officer will be providing guidelines to clients on the application procedures for listed properties.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements strategic sales and sales strategies and forecasts to meet corporate goals for services and products.
• Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
• Responsible for achieving aggressive monthly and quarterly targets.
• Source for prospective clients using technology and any other available channel.
• Manages and supervises promotions and advertising activities.
• Maintain sales-related legal documentation and property management.
• Identifies new sales opportunities within the industry.
• Do market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trends, advertising and marketing promotional events.
• Influences, communicates and encourages potential clients to buy from the company.
• Monitors and follow-ups on clients over a property asked for.
• Provides guidelines to clients on the application procedures for listed properties.
• Handle the relationship with clients and agents.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of National Diploma (ND) in marketing, Business, Estate Management and other related fields. 
• Minimum one year of experience within the Real Estate / Property Development industry.
• Good knowledge of real estate business and selling skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and any other Nigerian languages.
• Good knowledge of computers, using MS Word, Excel, Internet, and Email.

Added Advantage Skills

•  Previous knowledge of real estate office and marketing experience is an added advantage.
